Spaghetti Works District

Built in 1894 and closed in 2004, this iconic structure is being revitalized in 2018 as a central feature of the Spaghetti Works District renovation.

The project will transform the historic Spaghetti Works building into 41 market-rate apartments.

Additionally, the project will drive business growth in the area by adding 15,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, along with 45,000 square feet of office space. Click here for more information.
